Knit & Felt a French Market Bag for Fall with Suzy

Take your skills up a notch when you make the French Market Bag by Polly Outhwaite (free at knitty.com).
Beginner knitters who have mastered the basics (cast-on, knit, purl, bind off) will enjoy learning several new skills. The bag has a square base and is knitted in the round; when making the base, you'll use magic loop technique. The handles are grafted together using the Kitchener stitch.

Students can choose to felt their finished bag. If so, these students will need to use 100% wool (NOT superwash; label should indicate hand wash only).

Additional features: knitted or crocheted adornments, and/or add a color band of Noro Kureyon wool.
