Featured Yarn & Pattern
These Support Ribbon Scarves by Cherie Marie Leck are a great gift to show your love and support to hurting people in your life. The tri-color version in red-white-blue is for veterans or their widows/widowers. The other colors shown include pink for breast cancer, yellow for POW/MIA and for suicide prevention, and red for heart disease. For a fairly comprehensive list of awareness ribbon colors, click here. (note: this pattern is $2.99 on knitpicks.com, and is NOT available through Yarnivore)
We suggest a soft, machine-washable yarn like Berroco Vintage for this one skein project!

We have NEEDLEPOINT SUPPLIES (imagine Oprah's voice)!
Prior to the COVID quarantine, we started setting up a brand spanking new needlepoint section. Although we were interrupted, we've still managed to get in all kinds of basics, including Rainbow Gallery's Splendor, DMC Pearl Cotton #5, Stitch 'n Zip kits, floss keepers and organizers, beading needles, beads (!), and stretcher bars. Come see the new additions to our fiber family!

Are we open? You betcha!
As staff returns to work, we're expanding our hours, woohoo! Starting May 26th, we'll be open 11-6 weekdays, 10-5 Saturdays, and 12-5 Sundays. This means we'll be open 'normal' hours on weekends. Celebrate our mini-milestones with us! We're not quite ready for classes yet, but we're planning to be able to offer in-person lessons again in early June!

Online Private Lessons

Here's how to sign up for an online video lesson with Wendy! Don't have a webcam? That's okay! She can help over text or one-sided (you see her, but she can't see you) video/text. This page will tell you how to set it up. If you need more help, you can email Meredith (Wendy’s helper) at knittingschool7648@gmail.com. She'll help you get set up! Lessons are only $18 for an hour-long session!
