This Saturday is Local Yarn Store Day. Personally, I feel like every day is LYS Day and that's because y'all are simply the best. You've kept Yarnivore open during a very difficult 12 months. Even better, you've helped us continue to grow! Yarnivore has added new yarns, new notions and accessories, and new crafts to our offerings. Together with y'all, we've learned new skills and made a bunch of new projects, too. While we wish this last 12 months had been less stressful for everyone, we're so grateful for your company while we all went through it.
We hope you'll drop in this Saturday to say hello, show us your latest project, and see our newest additions. As a small sign of our appreciation, we'll have a small gift for every purchase and we'll also hold a drawing for some fabulous prizes!

Featured Pattern & Yarn
We have more colors of Wool Pop! This yarn feels SO GOOD for lightweight summer garments and it's SO CUTE in this sweet and simple colorwork design from the Universal Yarn Design Team. The Floret Tee is for babies and little kids up to 7 years old, so it will knit up quickly. It's FREE on the Universal Yarn website, so you can print it at home, or we'll be happy to print it for you here at the shop!

Private Lessons
In-store and online private lessons are available! Please call us at 210-979-8255 to schedule a lesson! Wendy, Dawn, and Nancy M. are all available to help you with your projects! Private Lessons can be scheduled outside of regular hours at the discretion of the teacher.
The Tip Jar
Did you buy that yarn for a specific project? Then why not store it as a KIT until you're ready to actually begin! Print the pattern or directions, put the yarn, needles, and any other necessary tools in a cute bag and place it next to your favorite crafting chair! There, that's one step closer to actually starting! This works for needlepoint, crochet, cross-stitch, and weaving projects, too...
All regular classes are currently on hold until we can safely seat up to 6 students in the classroom. We'll let y'all know when we can offer them again. Until then, we're offering most of our class material in private lessons.
