Masks Are Back, And So is Super-Clearance!
Fall yarns are on the way!
Meanwhile, the fall yarn season is almost here! We have new fall yarns coming and we need to make some room, so we're having a special SUPER Super-clearance Grab Bag Sale! Han (with lots of help from the rest of the staff) has been busily packing up clearance yarns into Grab Bag assortments. Each Grab Bag is priced at HALF the CLEARANCE price of its yarns. We have bags that were $50 at full price, marked down to $20! Some bags are as low as $12.50! These poor yarns are so sweet and beautiful, but for some reason have been overlooked. They're lonely and are just waiting to be adopted into their forever homes.
The sale starts this Thursday and goes until we have enough space for the new yarns!

Berroco Sesame - Wool, acrylic, cotton, and nylon come together for a colorful yarn flecked with color and texture in Berroco's Sesame. This worsted weight yarn comes in a variety of colorways and we carry 12 of them! Berroco has updated their colors this fall with several brighter colorways. We like them in Mia (knit sweater for kids, $6 in-store/Ravelry/Berroco) or Lyndon (crochet shawl, free in-store/Ravelry/Berroco). Pop your finished knit or crochet creations in the washing machine on delicate or hand wash, lay flat to dry!

The kids are starting back to school soon. We've got plenty of school-worthy pencil cases/boxes and bags! Blue Q Jumbo Pouches are the perfect size for holding assignments and papers for high school and college students, too. And we have kid-sized masks, too, to keep your little ones safe.

Private Lessons
In-store and online private lessons are available! Please call us at 210-979-8255 to schedule a lesson! Wendy, Dawn, Moses, and Nancy M. are all available to help you with your projects! Private Lessons can be scheduled outside of regular hours at the discretion of the teacher.
The Tip Jar
With the warm weather, we are hearing cicadas filling the trees and seeing bugs all around the outdoors - and far too often indoors! And that includes m*ths. If you're worried about them, you can protect your yarns by sealing them in ziploc bags and tossing them in the freezer for 3-4 days. This will kill any eggs that may be hiding amongst your stash.
All regular classes are currently on hold until we can safely seat up to 6 students in the classroom. We'll let y'all know when we can offer them again. Until then, we're offering most of our class material in private lessons.
