Beginning Knitting with Denise! Learn the basics, including about yarn and knitting needle sizes, how to cast on, knit, purl, and bind off. You’ll also learn how to combine knitting and purling to create different stitch patterns and textures, common knitting terms, and the basics of reading a pattern. When you've mastered these stitches, you'll be ready to start your first project.

Learn Hardanger with Jackie! Hardanger embroidery typically uses white thread on white even-weave cloth to create beautifully sculptured stitching. In this class, Jackie will teach you the basics of hardanger and you'll make a small heart that can be finished into an ornament or other decorative piece.
$35 for one 3-hour session, plus most supplies (students should bring small, pointy sharp scissors
Knit the Felted Swirl Bag with Denise! Ready to add to your basic knitting skills? Denise will teach you a few new tricks, including reading a pattern, picking up and knitting along the side of knitted fabric, and introduce you to felting.

We just received our first shipment of Tilli Tomas Essentials! This 50% Merino Wool/50% Silk thread is a favorite of needlepointers! We now carry about 90colors and will be adding more colors in the next shipment. Essentials is suitable for 18ct mesh; each card has 10yds of thread.

Some patterns call for you to knit or crochet with a double or triple strand of yarn. Sometimes, the pattern will ask you to do this with only one color, which can be annoying if you only need 1 ball of yarn. When we saw TheKnottyBoss's Instagram Reel on how to triple strand with one ball of yarn, we were, uhh, hooked! ????
